Shipping Information:

In-stock items will be shipped within 3-7 days of order. Any item that is out of stock is ordered in the fastest manner possible and depending on the supplier may take 2-4 weeks before it is received in the store.

We do our best to send an email to notify our valued customers of any items ordered that are on back order. We do not charge any additional shipping if an item is on back order and shipped at a later time than the rest of the order. We also do not charge for items until they are ready to be shipped.

Some items that require embroidery may take an additional week to be prepared. Any personalized sandblasted mugs or plaques take roughly 2 weeks to be made and are shipped out as soon as we receive them in the store.

Refund, Returns Policies:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for store credit at equal value to the purchased product price or a refund (shipping/handling excluded). You can return your purchase up to 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with a return/exchange. If a product is not in the original condition that you received it, a credit may not be processed. There will be no refund or exchange for personalized items of any kind (Custom Flight suit patches, sand-blasted mugs, etc.). Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policy.
